Lower Township Board of Commissioners Fire District 1
Mission Statement
Pursuant to, and as provided by, title 40A, Article 14, Chapter 17 of the statutes of the statutes of the state New Jersey, Fire District #1 of the Township of Lower shall have Fire Commissioners duly elected by the citizens of the fire district. The purpose of the Fire Commissioners of of Fire District #1 shall be the preservation and protection of life and property from and during such fires and emergencies as may occur in the district.
Fire District 1 administrative office is located in the Villas Volunteer Fire Company firehouse in Villas, New Jersey.
